21/10/07~ Page 19 is finally finished. I do apologize for it being so long between pages, part of it is just me not managing my time, and the other portion is that school, horses, and husband do take precedence over my online activities (of course, not necessarily in that order). Before the end of the year I'd like to get the links sections going and possibly have some connections to other comics around the 'net and some sites of interest. Apart from getting pages 20,21, and maybe 22 finished before the end of the year, I'd like to get some more information up as well and get myself a bit more organized here. 27/3/07~ Some more information added in the Comic section (don't die of shock due to the two updates in a row). A little more character info and some background information. I probably won't add more information on the characters until after each one has been formaly introduced, but we'll see. And egads! I've finally posted the Shifting Times Prequel in the writing section! And a note: If you have a comic or graphic novel project that you are working on and would like to do a link exchange, I would be more than happy to do so. E-mail me at kunst @ keist.net (no spaces) to let me know if you're interested! 23/3/07~ Unfortunately I didn't make the deadline last month, however, I do now have page 16 up. Various things can affect how quickly I finish a page, and right now one of them is school commitments. I will continue to try and finish a page a month and hopefully build up a buffer during the summer so that there won't be any breaks like there were last month. I am still pretty much on track to finishing the first Chapter (Runaways) by the end of 2008. Once that is finished I can set about trying to get the first two pages redrawn and the first Chapter printed. It's quite exciting! 12/1/07~ We're now up to page 15 of the comic, hurra! One of my goals is to finish a page a month this year, possibly more in the summer when I have more time. Chapter two is completely sketched and chapter three is coming along as far as the script is concerned and sketching has commenced. 1/12/06~ Thirteen pages are now finished. Most of Catch and Release is now sketched and I think I'm moving along at a fairly descent pace. I'm trying really hard to get at least one page done a month. Once I finish the first 14 things will hopefully move much quicker, but there's no gaurantees. 18/9/06~ The first eleven pages of the comic are completed, enjoy! 16/06/06~ New art and a new page of the comic is up! There are currently nine complete pages in Shifting Times and hopefully more to come soon. 1/04~ Greetings and welcome to Kashian. A brief run-down before you dive into the site: All general information should be up by 20/1/04! Kashian is a project I started back in June of 2001 and have been working on with some form of consistancy since. It's come a pretty long way from its humble beginnings of five characters and an idea for a comic. There are currently seven sentient species, seven continents (five inhabited), over a dozen resident animals, and roughly 2,000 years of history attached (sketchy history, but history nonetheless). I'm still hoping to get the comic and RPG up and going sometime this year (once I figure out how to make a forum . . .) and also hope to spew out all of the basic information and get some more of the nitty-gritties patted down. This site should be updated weekly, if not, then it will be on the 2nd and 4th weekend of each month. |
