Despite the name, not all "Humans" look as thoses on Earth. There are eight races total, four of which are not much different than Earth's humans, but the other four take after tamarins, capuchins, lemurs, and baboons respectively. Though the appearance of the latter four may differ from the other half of the Human specie, their social habits are much the same.

Humans are generally not esteemed too highly among the other sentients save the Frineir. Though not particularly picked on, they are often ignored and make up the majority of the unskilled or low-paying workforce on Kashian.
