Image six of twelve for the "Resistance" series I did in my last drawing class.

I fought with this piece for a bit. I was rather stuck on using ink and pastel and this piece stubbornly wanted to be black, and certainly didn't want to be a pinto that would allow me to work in some lighter tones and thus be able to use ink, but no, the drawing had a will of its own!
